From no Vette to TT z06 :-)

Guys (and girls),

I am happy to be here and to share with you my first Vette ownership story. I have bought a Twin Turbo C6 Z06 black on black and a super Twin turbo package with around 700 real rwhp

So glad to be here.

G.

That sounds like a beautiful car. Listen wisely to those members on the board that have a LS7 car because they are a handful stock at 450+rwhp. You have an additional 250(*Yikes, Vant's right) beyond that. Being a first time owner you could find yourself in over your head in a hurry. Enjoy the car but be careful. A car like that is like a hand grenade.

Hang on, you're in for the ride of your life. Work into it progressively. You're going to love it. Of course, you won't even get the 9000 miles I got out of the first set of rear tires with just a black on black C6Z

Congrats on the new ride and welcome to our family!! Great place to be!!

Quick question.....your car wouldn't happen to be from Las Vegas would it?? I saw one for sale that sounded very similar to your description. Sounds like a BEAST!!!

Re: From no Vette to TT z06 :-)

I will post pics as soon as the car is delivered. Currently the car is in Vegas at the dealer where I bought it.

Thanks for all the nice comments. Don't worry about handling the power :-) I drive competitevely many race cars and was actually looking for something crazy for the road. I own a couple of "street grenades" among which a 993 GT2 with 650 rwhp and a mighty Ruf CTR ;-)

Thanks again for the welcoming!
