I'll post the photo, so you don't have to go to the other page. You or your dealer has to drill 3 holes to mount it.

I just got the link from digitial corvette's. How pathetic, eh? The thing that you'd have to worry about is the dealer drilling the damn thing before you take delivery. Once it's drilled, you're screwed.

What the hell is wrong with GM??????? I hope somebody with any authority gets out of the damn closet and reads the forums, or at least asks someone for input. If they screw up the front end of the C6Z06 like this, the value of our C5's will be going up! :oo: Who ever is responsible for this crap should get the ax.

The sad thing is once many of these cars get to the dealerships that thing gets drilled on there in the prep shop before it's put out for sale. I wouldn't buy the car for that one reason alone, and no I'm not kidding!!! Years ago I didn't buy a car because a dealer pop riveted his advertising plate on the back of a Chevelle!!

I'd rather pay a ticket that put that on. Luckily in Fla we don't have that problem yet. I'd tell the dealer not to put it on. If he did, he could keep the car. ( I have done this of the crappy dealer emblems)

Exactly. It also gives the dealer the opportunity to put another tacky little license plate on with the dealer logo. You'll have to order a C6 or get one before they dealer prep the car.

It's bad enough when the dealers put a decal logo the back of the car. At least you can heat those and peel them off.

Oh My God, does that look like crap.
Unfortunately, I live in a state that requires a front plate.
I think I would have to risk the ticket (like I do now ).

It is almost like they forgot that there were states that require a front plate and added that at the last second. Absolutely horrible.
