Quality Motorsports and the 19th Annual Lone Star Corvette Classic.

Just got back from Texas.. First off i want to thank Josh, Patrick, Carlos and all the guys at Quality Motor sports,Louisville, TX. . The whole crew is VERY knowledgable and just super guys! They couldnt help me out enough. Had the following installed the day before the Corvette Classic at the Texas Motor Speedway...
Harlan Sharp upgraded rockers / ported intake and throttle body / Simple Air System / 160 t-stat / and dyno tune.. The car made 490 RWHP and 460 TQ...not steller, but makes me smile.. no cam yet, car does have kooks, high flow cats, fusion, Dewitts and Killer Bee. EJ
and if you are close enough next year dont miss the 20th lone star classic..LSCC really know how to hold an event!

Patrick..getting busy

Patrick, putting me to work

Make a Wish kids...THEY WERE GREAT... and had a great time going 125mph, and they arent scared.. I think this was probably the best part of the event.

EJ :flag:

Congrats on the mods. Looks like a fun event. How fast did they let you go on the track?

My wife bought me the Petty driving experience and I am thinking about using it at Texas Motor Speedway. All we have in St. Louis is Gateway International and I didn't want to waste it there.

Ah we were there aswell! Did the kahana, oval, but mostly infield road course. I remember seeing your car there at the Kahana. We had a yellow c6z with a pair of numbers on the back window

i posted up a video on youtube of a c5 infront of me spinning out

That's always a great fun event. I missed this year. Sure get a lot of seat time. And for Black Z28 Turbo it has been my experience that the raod course is usually more MPH than the oval. On the oval they pace the pack front and back usually just touch about 100 or so, still a lot of fun. Great vid!
