Question on clutch

Has anyone else experienced a chipping when aggressively [not speed shifting] shifting when the clutch re-engages? And does anybody have a suggestion for a beefier clutch if I decide to replace it? GM performance parts shows nothing. GM is going to have to replace the 1-2 synchro so it will be an ideal time to switch clutches. I am not a drag racer but more of a road racer. I heel/toe when downshifting and match revs most all the time. If I do the straight line thing, it is most always from a rolling start. Last question. Based on previous experience I know that the balance of the entire clutch pack is critical for vibration abatement. What are the key things during install that help assure a good balance assuming the components themselves are balanced. Thanks for your input.

All the Best,
Doc E.
