Retirement trip out west...route 66

Well, made it back..... 24 days, 8,476 miles, 23.6 average MPG,$905.00 worth of gas..paid everything from a low of $2.97 to $4.10 a gallon.. That being said it was an awsum trip. Had beautiful weather EVERY day but 2,that was in LA and on the last driving day home, and only rained on the last day.
The car performed flawlessly, made one run up to 167 mph on the practically deserted I-10 in Arizona, (more than double the posted 75 mph limit)... also cruised at 100 mph for most of the day from Blyth Cali. to Las Cruces NM.. (had 2 slow around Phoenix and Tucson ) Had the CHASE CAM going in all the (GOOD) places ie...Corvette roads. Video is good but i screwed up the audio somehow... will post some if you want..
following is the list of places visited with pics from each..

Oklahoma City/Route 66.

Arizona/ Grand Canyon..

Arizona/ Petrified forrest..

Arizona/ Painted Desert..

Utah/ Bryce Canyon..

Utah/Zion..

California/Death Valley..

California/Yosemite..

California/Hwy 20 between 101 and the PCH....O.M.G. wait for the chase cam video...

more to follow.. btw..my Passport 8500 saved my A$$ on more than one occasion..

Awesome pics. Thanks for posting. It looks like my Black 07 Z except for the Katech sticker in the window. Which Katech package did you get? I take it you are well pleased. I've been considering a Katech upgrade, but probably not until the warranty is up. Right now I've just got the Halltech intake and Corsa exhaust. PM me if I'm stealing your thread.

Wow! You just lived my dream. Congratulations on the trip and of course the retirement.

Post up a portion of the video if you could. I'd like to see it if at all possible.
