I bought some parts from TBYRNE and called their phone and tech lines and no service is available????????????????? Are they gone????????//

Their phone number says no longer in service. That usually means disconnected right? I've got some parts that need to be returned I guess I'll eating.

I just sent them an email asking what's up since I see no ON VACTION anywhere. The letter was returned??????????/

I hope they haven't folded up the tent. I'm sending back a $319.00 Hypertech programmer that does nothing for the C6 Z06 LS7's unless you want to set your top end. It stops there.

On the other had on my C5 Z06 it set my RPM band,fan controller etc. I'm a drag racer and need my 160 T-stat to work not wait for my fan to come on at 220 degrees. Hypertech said send it back and reprogram back to stock. At least they are willing to take it back w/out a hassle. If TBYRNE has folded their tent I'm going to eat the Hypertech unit. It serves my C6 Z06 no purpose. I would have never bought it if I had known it was so limited on teh LS7 use. I'm was just giving the other guys a heads up out there that may have things on order. I hope they return soon from vacation??????????.

Anyone try to email them? Or call them? I emailed twice and got the letters returned. I've called 4 times and the phone number is no longer in service. Someone on the C6 Z06 sight said they are vacation ???????????

I hope they return soon I have a part to return. Anyone know anything about what's happen I talked to them Wednesday and no mention of problems or vacations?

Thanks for the idea. I'll follow it up. I'll call again this morning and see if they still have no phone service. Too bad if they did fold up.Will keep posting updates. Hypertech did say send back my programmer since it only does tire size or top end to vendor. Thanks.

I know this thread was a while back but Ive done alot of work with tbyrne and they have been in the process of moving there shop they havent packed up so dont worry there just movng from wesport,ma closer to RI
