Tires-Z06

How far should a set of OEM Goodyear F1 RunFlats go under normal commuting driving conditions (no racing or hard driving). Mine have 15.4K on them and are worn down to the replacement marks. Normal or not?

Re: Tires-Z06

You got about twice the milage most people are getting. I have about 5500 miles, no burnouts or track days, and I'm about 65% worn. Hoping to get a look at the new Michelins supposedly coming out in stock sizes this spring.

I've got about 12,000 on mine and they are just about done. I have a new pair waiting for after I do my show time burnout. LOL

Wow you guys got some long life out of them! I don't do burn outs, but they still spin time to time when I'm playing hard

It's kinda hard not to. hahaha I'm surprised I got as many miles out of mine as I did.

Btw, driving in sub freezing temps is a little lesson in "Drifting".

Re: Tires-Z06

I was wondering if you had yours out the end of this week Norm. I've had mine out the last 3 days, and it is a throttle modulation endeavour..

Re: Tires-Z06

Usual stuff buddy. Hear ya on the drift...7400 miles on these OEM tires, and they're hating it. Looking at the INVO's for some spring shoes. We need to hook up for some pool, my place or yours...just finished our basement, pretty nice setup down there. Guess I dont work for nothin...it feels like it sometimes though.
