Best as I know, Bowling Green will continue production of the Z06 when the ZR1 starts.

Zip rumor has it that the LS7 will be retired after 09, any truth to this? The emissions and fuel requirements are pushing the LS7 closer to the graveyard

Hopefully this will be the last 427 in a Vette

this is my thought as well .
I dont think there will be anymore 427's after 09..
thats another reason why I want one

Yes I think they will keep making the C6 Zo6 427. Why because not many people can afford a $99,900 Corvette and out of the ones that can, how many will buy one? When they do end it, I just hope they up the HP & offer a auto (paddle) shift trans with some kind of new trim package like the ZR1.
