Hey ....it would have been nice if you would have at least PM'd me and asked for my permission to post that link since I am the one created that document and posted it on the 'other' forum.
Or maybe you could have downloaded it to your own server instead of hotlinking to mine.
Interesting...at 23 pages one of the most complete descriptions published. Thanks.
However their market positioning may be wrong. While most on this forum are looking at an replacement/upgrade from a prior Corvette/Z06, few cross shoppers will consider a Porsche Turbo IMHO. Someone considering the Porsche may consider the Z06 in addition though.
I know that my alternatives are an M3 or Cayman S, with the Carerra S (with a $17k option for 16 extra hp) and M5 a little to rich at $85 to over $100k. Thoughout, It is hard to overlook the Z06 performance and practicality.
In my opinion, the cross shopper would be looking at an M3 V8, maybe a Cayman S, and possibly, for a few $$$ more a Carerra S or M5. The M3 and a Cayman S equiped like the Corvette are comparably priced and trade the Z06's superior performance for fancier trim, a few more luxury options, and maybe a little more engaging driving experience.

Inapropriate language..not accepted here.
And you asked permission from GM to post/host copyrighted material?

No...I didnt ask for permission...nor did I ask for anyone to send it to me in the first place. If there was a problem with the copyright issue that should have been addressed by the person that sent it to me. All I did was compile it into a single booklet instead of 23 individual pages.
If there is an issue with it being posted, that issue will be solved by me removing it from my server.
