7 Z06's at MIR

Went to watch Ranger and MSiska run at MIR today and met up with a bunch of others too. Blitz, Foosh, Outnumbered and a couple of other guys as well. We had every color but DSOM represented and 2 LBM.
It was a cold day for traction but great for making HP. Ranger ran an 11.58 and MSiska ran a 11.92 Missed Blitz's run. Sorry Blitz I have vids of Ranger and Mike and I'll post them as soon as I edit them off the DVD and upload.

Well...Ranger did an 11.31@126.90 with a 1.84 60'! Just Awesome!!!
On a 35 degree track...with stock everything)even 30 lbs tire pressure)...I managed a 11.92@125 with a 2.08 60'. This car is so effortless to get down the track! Much easier than my 02Z06 was...

Thanks for posting the pics Rick!

That track is ideal for fast times but I am shocked at 125mph plus.
Given the dyno tests it should come as no shock but who would have thought you could get a near 10 second totally streetable car from the factory with a warranty even 5 years ago.

Man to think when Igraduated highschool we were all blown away by 5.0 stangs and the GN running low 14's.
Now any 4 door sedan is close to that or lower it seems.

As I said elsewhere, Siska might have been much faster if he'd strip all that Zaino off.

Ranger Red, and Mr. Siska's black:

Earlier at breakfast..........lot's of Z's in Maryland these days.

Ranger looks to have CCW Corsair's. What are the details on those? What tires are on them? Any close up pics?

You got the wheel right. BFG DR's 345/30/18 Sorry I got there too late to see all of the C6Z's. I did get to catch Ranger's last pass. The trap speed is unbelievable!
