Advice on upgrading my intake manifold and throttle body

Hello Gents,

Getting ready to put a cam and upgrage my heads on my 07 Z. I've already done smooth flow headers, borla exhaust, and K&N cold air intake. I'm using a 160 thermo and looking for some advice on what intake manifold and throttle body I should upgrade to with this setup or should I keep the stock items with this setup. Anyone done a similar changes and can give me some guidance advice or setups you guys have used, it would be greatly appreciated.
I haven't heard alot on these 2 kind of upgrades. I figure why I am in there tearing everything apart I should get it all done together.
