Any new info on Track Tires/TPMS situation?

Have we gotten any more news on whether you can use track tires with no TPMS sensors on the C6 Z without causing the car's computer to reduce power and the AH system to go nuts, etc.? What is the latest?

I have a friend who is auto-crossing his new Z06. He is using Khumo 710 track tires and has had no issues of any kind. I think he said he just hit the reset button on the dash to clear the message and that was it. No power loss or traction contrl interference. Hope this helps. JDS
