Braille Battery Question

My car is getting close to 3 years old since build date and I know that the some will start having problems around this time and I'm thinking about a Braille Battery as a replacement. I do have an aftermarket audio system installed and need some opinion if this battery will be able to handle it.

I'm looking at the Braille SKU #B106
Voltage: 12
Pulse Cranking Amps: 527
Cranking Amps @ 32 F: 283
Cold Cranking Amps @ 0 F: 210
Reserve Capacity: 20 minutes
Capacity (C/20 rate): 11 amp hr
Internal Resistance (ohms): 15.8 milliohms (.0158ohms)
Short Circuit Current: 760

As far as my aftermarket radio, I have an Alpine IVA-W205 as my head unit and a Kicker ZX550.3. The amp does have a 60 AMP fuse and is setup for 75w x 2 in the front and 420w for the sub.

Re: Braille Battery Question

I just installed the 2015. Seems to have plenty of cranking power. The 106 looks a little small with power robbing audio equipment. Thought about using the 3121, but Mike(bowmanized) said the 2015 will suffice for a daily driver. The car is stock with no aftermarket audio equipment.

Re: Braille Battery Question

I am not sure on the power output specifications mentioned and your system, but I recently installed the 21 pound Braille in my 06, fit with ease. I've got some pictures on my cardomain site, Chevrolet Corvette Z06 - Bradenton, Florida

Hardest part was getting the old battery out.
