C6 Z06 LS7 Dry Sump Info Needed

OK, I know the general layout of the system and I have seen the pre release photos of parts and internal and exploded views of the pan, pumps, reservoir tank, etc.

We all know that the TOTAL System capacity is 8 qts.

But I still have some questions and need more info:

1. Have we seen any schematics of the TOTAL system ?
A copy would be nice.

2. What are the external demensions of the reservoir tank ?
Height and Diameter ??

3. What is the capacity of the reservoir tank ?
(NOT the total system capacity of 8 qts.)

4. Who makes the reservoir tank?
- Is it outsourced ?? OR
- Made by Chevy ?? OR
- one of the Divisions such as Delphi/Harrison ?

5. Where is the engine oil cooler located ? Pictures?
- Is it a stand alone ? OR
- Is it integrated with the radiator ?
- Is it air/oil OR water/oil ?
- Where is it located in the system ? Again, Schematics ?

6. What output do the pumps have ?
- Pressure ?
- Flow ?
- Are they balanced ? (I'm sure they are.) And if so,
- How are they balanced ?
- To what are they balanced, flow or pressure or both ?

For tracking the car I propose the following possible upgrades:
- Increasing the Reservoir tank Size 1-2 qts..
- If aftermarket MUST also incorporate PCV lines
- Increasing the Oil Pumps Flow outputs by porting and polishing
- Increasing the Pumps Pressure outputs by shimming
- Balancing Pump Flow outputs
- Remote Oil Filter to Larger and possibly Multiple unit(s).
- Possibly installing an Accusump into the pressure side of the system.

These mods would increase Total Oil System capacity to 10-12 qts. and result in better cooling, better oiling, better filtration, increased safety.
