Re: GHL exhaust?

Here is a VIDEO for you.

Keep in mind, the set up I have with them is NOT stock and...THEY ARE FOR SALE.....

I went back to the wider open, unrestricted B & B BULLETS because we aree missions exempt here. The GHLs have small 5" or 6" mufflers, depending on which set up you buy. I went with the GHL Magnum 5"

On a 2004 Z06 (I think stock) GHL Bullets - Putfile.com

Quad tipped: Bullets idle - Putfile.com

Re: GHL exhaust?

I have the quad tipped 5 inch cans and I love the sound. I have LG pros, no cats and sometimes when I get on it you can hear it a mile away. It has a nice muscle car sound until you get on it.

The only thing that I can say is try to go some events where you can listen to a variety of cat backs and then make the decision for yourself. The sound is different depending if you have headers, cats or no cats and with so many systems out there it may be a hard choice.

Re: GHL exhaust?

I think the GHL Magnums have a deeper muscle car tone until you get on it, then they just sound mean. Here's a link to few pix of my iinstall, and there's a before and after video of my stock '04 Z06 exhaust and then the GHL magnum.

GHL makes a quality product. Other vette drivers like the way my car sounds because they say it has a nice, deep tone.
