GHL Exhaust installed....

well a little update... i got them last saturday and installed them today. first impression was much deeper tone but not louder at idle (compared to stock with valve open) it may have even be a hair quieter at idle. i let the car warm up and i let whatever was in the exhaust start to burn a little and got some funky smells and a little smoke, that lasted about 30 seconds. at first drive the thing was completely tame and too quiet. then as i started to drive it started to get a little (let me stress little) louder. i only have 35 miles on it for now so i will drive it a few days and report back with more results. also i all this is from inside the cabin. i went and took a little vid and it seems to be a little better from the outside.

They sound pretty good from what I heard on your vid! I guess if you're looking for the old muscle car "cackle" that's probably not it, but it does sound muscular & somewhat smooth/refined.

How was the fit? Do the pipes hit/bang on anything if the car is pushed? My B&B's hit everything in sight & are starting to irritate the heck out of me...

Sounds good. Might be just me, but kinda sounds like with the butterfly's open but a little bit louder.
