as much as i hate (but will still get one) the lines of this car. if you look at the profile i don't think it would look too good turned into a notchback the way the rear comes up higher.
that's why i will get it in black so i can hide the grossness of the car yet still have an unbelievable ride. then i'll powdercoat the rims black and put tints all around. can a car be any meaner??

and $75,000? Jesus.... Is it really $30,000 more vehicle than a c6? I bet a c6 with $30,000 in aftermarket parts could be just as fast. I can buy a used ferrari for that price... We'll see who bites.

Not to argue with you... but I think this is meaner...
I did not like the FRC at first either. Being a convertible lover though the similarities in line top up were very apparent. Behind the wheel where the real excitement is I love the FRC Z! I think the same will be true of this design maybe even more so given the wildly increased performance. It will be thrilling. Pricey, though, damn pricey. Won't take 1/2 the premium to throw on some mods to one of my other vettes, blower chief among them, to approximate the performance of the new Z. And the cars are already paid for. This is tough. Gonna wait though to see if price can be held by the dealers. It did not take long for the Viper to be discounted. And if it happens in the second year of production, maybe GM will play the same old trick and make the wait even sweeter.........................
