Option package prices

Let's "talk" about option package prices. What do you think will be the expected price for the following:

2LZ option package (preferred equipment group)
Nav system (sound system w/Nav option)
Polished wheels

Any clues as to these prices?

These are '05 prices and the '06 ought to be close.
1SB is $2995 on the Vert & $4360 on the coupe (not sure why)
Nav is $1600
Polished wheels are $1295

I'd say those prices will be real close.

Damn! Forgot about the sunshade in the coupe! That's gotta be the difference.

I have a C6 Z06 one page sheet from Chevrolet on the new Z06 and here is what it shows as options on the 2LZ that are NOT on 1LZ:

Auto dimming mirror with compass
Bose premium sound with six disc CD changer (includes XM Satellite radio).
Heated Seats
Homelink transmitter
Luggage shade and parcel net
Memory package
Power telescoping steering wheel
Driver & passenger side air bags

Other options available as stand alone options on either backage:

Nav system with AM/FM stereo, CD player, plus Bose speakers and amplifier system. (available only with Bose premium audio system)
Front license plate bracket
Polished wheels

Hope this helps.

Thanks for all the info, guys. Those 2005 C6 option prices are very helpful. You're right, I'd also expect them to be the same for the C6Z.

What do you guys think the additional price will be Velocity Yellow color?

Technically speaking, would the following be a "fully loaded" C6Z (excluding NCM delivery)?

- Velocity Yellow (or Lemans Blue)...both those colors are extra charge
- 2LZ package
- Nav system
- Polished wheels

The option packages (without the color charge) total to $7255 (assuming they are roughly the same as the 05 C6).

Theoretically speaking, if the base C6Z comes in at roughly just a "tad" bit over the price of a 05 C6 'Vert, then we could potentially be seeing a fully loaded MSRP of around $70K tops.

Hoping my math is right... can't say much for my assumptions, though.

bjaber: You forgot the highly anticipated, always loved, aerodynamically functional, front license plate bracket.

Oh ya, forgot about that... I passed on it in my order. I can't imagine any person in their right mind installing that thing! Stupid state law.
