Pucks for jacking

Hi All

Are the hard rubber pucks that are used to jack the C5 needed for the C6 Z06? I was going to sell mine but it just occurred to me My 07 (which I don't have yet) may also require them.

Thanks
Greg

Yup, still required.
The alum frame is a bit thicker so my C5 store bought pucks don't lock in like on the '02 but they will work. You gotta hold 'em in position whilst you pump the jack with one hand. Once the jack is high enough to keep 'em in position, jack away.

itsaz, vette ed, others with C6Z ... I'm bringing a couple sets of "hockey puck" jacking pucks with "T" lugs for locking in to the Fest as raffle givaways ... fitted them to my C5Z. how much thicker is the aluminum frame on the C6Z? (specifically, how much longer must the lugs be to lock in?
