So what's the back look like?

The C6-R in the last set of pics has a small duck tail spoiler on the back in addition to the downforce producing race wing. I am very curious as to why we haven't seen a rear shot in any of the leaked pictures.

I'm hoping it does have the small spoiler, and a nice wicked looking deffuser out back.

It is interesting that they are not showing it. Seems like all the C6 coupe spy shots showed it from the back.

I bet it looks GREAT.....I am starting to really like the rear end of the C6.....with the wider "haunches" in back...it's gotta look AWESOME. Kind of makes up for the slimmer back end on the new car...back to the old wide ass style!!

From what i have been told, the car will have a pronounced lip on the rear! This came from someone that saw the car themselves. Let us hope this is true.

Maybe, as suggested above, it is the rear of the car that Granny can easily differentiate from a coupe or convertible C6, with the Z06 having a little duck-tail spoiler (as Jim Hall has indicated), a wider than regular rear end (as has been suggested on more than a few threads), and as also suggested, a mean/racing diffuser [like the Ferrari 430's is as shown in Automobile magazine (Jan. 2005, page. 78), Road and Track (Jan. 2005, p. 64), and other Jan 2005 issue magazines]?

I hope Granny will be pleased with her ability to easily tell the back of a Z06 from other C6's, and that we will be smiling with her.

Obviously, Cafaro gets it.

BTW, there were alternative styling concept mockups for the C6 that were as scary ugly as anything in this thread.
