Please review this piece. It was on TV this evening, is 3:00 long and @ 2:49 of the video, they show the profile OF A CONVERTIBLE AND THEY SAY THIS IS THE Z06!~~??

What do you think?

A convertible makes ZERO sense since they claim a removable roof would make the car too flexible.
Besides they dropped the notch back in place of hatch glass for aerodynamic reasons... why then would they go and make a roadster that will have worse flex and aero problems?

A decent surprise would be a notch back profile.

Dude, it's just bad reporting, all the cars there are under covers, and that car obviously has the stock 5 spokes.

NOT a convertible Z06. Devon Scillian and Carmen Harlan are just crappy reporters with bad info, as usual.

Guy's, look at the video carefully, especially near the end.

The profile is clearly a convertable!!!!

DBK, you may be right.....

I can tell you I'm 99.99999999999999% right. Maybe if Hell in fact freezes over because pigs fly so close to the sun it was totally eclipsed would that be anything but a C6 Vert, but I doubt it.

Over the years I've watched the local media say all kinds of stupid crap everytime the NAIAS rolls around. These are the same people that get connived into paying bums for parking on the way to the Cobo roof, only to tell the pay booth at the top that they already paid

Trust me, C6 Vert just misidentified during a story about the Z06. I bet the Z06 isn't anywhere near the floor at this point. Alot of the big guns get driven onto the floor in the hours before the doors open.

You are exactly correct, which is why this should be dispelled before WDIV's crappy reporting fans the internet rumor wildfire...
