When will the C6 Z06 be released...

to the public? With all this talk of the debut of the car in January, I was just curious to when you all think it will be released.

Logistics:

I am getting a C6 coupe. My TPW is August 18th. I also have a preorder on a C6 Z06. I don't want to buy the C6 coupe if the Z is coming out in a few months. I was planning on having the C6 coupe for a year or so before the Z came into production.

Please share your thoughts and I welcome the rumor mill.

Norman, I would think it is unlikely to be available to the public until at least the latter part of next year.
We are hoping to have a 'production model' introduced at the fest next year and I would think it wouldn't be available for sale until a few months after that.

I think that the 'first look' is going to be at the auto show in Detroit this coming January. At least I think that's what Zippy said.

That would be good. Then I can keep my plan.

Looks like I'll have my current Z until 7/2006.
