Depends on the power of the car I am tuning as to where I set the TM. My car for example is set at 640. I do not zero it out as it will defeat the AH.

Well, if you're dynoing a car with 55 miles on it, you're pretty much ignoring the break-in procedure, and there is a good chance of it losing power. Jeez, at least give it 500 miles and an oil change
