StopTech needs a C6Z06 to test fit rotor upgrade

Hi everyone,
We need a local c6 Z to test fit our new slotted, 2-piece front AeroRotor Direct Replacement Kit. The process would be as follows:

1. Bring the car to our manufacturing facilities in Torrance, CA
2. One of our engineers will pull the stock calipers and rotors off both sides of the car.
3. We put our new rotors on, and bolt the calipers back on to check clearances, etc.
4. Stock rotors will then be put back on the car.

You will receive $200 off of the $950 list price for the rotor pair, and you will receive the first set of production parts. The parts that will be test fit will be unanodized prototypes, so they can't stay on the car.

For more info on our AeroRotor DRK's, please see this press release for a similar product on another platform. Again, we are currently only offering a front solution for the C6 Z06, but may consider a rear if there is enough demand: http://www.stoptech.com/company_info...krelease.shtml

If you live in Los Angeles and are interested in this upgrade at a discount, please email me at jeff@stoptech.com

As a special added bonus, you'll be able to make fun of how slow my newly acquired C5 Z06 is.

Thanks!

Forgot to say...process takes about 2 hours. You can sit in our lobby and read one of countless car magazines, bring your lunch, etc. It's a fairly painless process.

Jeff...any thought to making the Sportstop one piece for our C6Z06's? You'd probably sell a ton!

Well...I used to be there...but I wised up!

The one-piece SportStops will surely happen...just a matter of time. For this to happen though, an entirely new rotor has to be cast. However, the 2-piece front rotors use the same size iron as many of our bread-and-butter BBK's...so all we have to do is make a custom hat...a total no-brainer, and a kick-arse part that will pay big dividends for anyone tracking the car.

No disrespect, but I am not sure I see the incentive.

If you were interested in the upgrade anyway, you get the first parts available, and you get $100 per hour to sit and read some car magazines...not many other gigs like that in town that I know of.

$200 isn't anything.

To drive 20 minutes then wait 2 hours then 20 mins to drive back.

3 hours out for $300 isn't incentive at all.

Free - Then we have a deal.

Gary
