I didn't vote ... I get Corvette Fever & Corvette Quarterly.
CF is good for general knowledge and some "how to's" I really like the back sections on tech and problem resolution.
CQ is well done ... glossy and some good spec info to keep in the rack. ... overall a "we love everything about Corvettes" with a bias toward the new stuff.
I received this invitation to subscribe to Corvette mag. It appears to be something like an Automobile version of Corvette Quarterly. Input?
Corvette Enthusiast - don't know about this one ... input?
The magazine I would spend money on would have "no bs" articles about prepping Corvettes for specific uses ... track, drags, autox, and associated mods.
It would have evaluations of products, e.g., objective tire tests, brake and pad tests, etc.
It would cover car care and detailing tips/products that work.
It would have good "how to" articles on doing mods.
It would have a resource link on all TSB's and other "not well advertized" problem responses by the General.
It would feature articles about people and shops that have modded/prepped their cars.
It would have a sounding board, where owners would express their experience and problems and what GM should do about it.
This magazine would cost a bit more, 'cause it would be oriented toward the true enthusiast that wants to wring all he/she can out of the Corvette ownership experience.
What mag comes closest to this?

Quarterly is great for the photo's and some inside info that some other rags don't have. But I'm glad they finally got rid of the tech talk column. The last one I read, sometime in '03, replied to an '01 owner that his oil usage was normal. No mention of the ring job fix at all. And, all apologies to turbroe, the BMW Roundel has the best tech column I've seen. Honest answers - no BMW party line.
