i was on my way home from work yesterday.. and see a new C6 at the gas station,.. i thought WOWIE .. do a u turn.. pull in .. and there is a pontiac 2 seater. ? whats it called.. ?very slick looking.. "Soltice" black.. and a H3 hummer.. about the size of a jeep liberty.. lots of cammo on the front and rear..
i talked to the GM guys.. and they were in WV to do some twisty road dirving.. and said they were staying at the holiday inn up the road..
i went home .. got a camera.. went back to the HI and the cars were covered up.. and blocked by a truck with a covered trailer.. and a guard standing over them .. !!! WTF
he just waved me on ..
back to the story at hand..
i asked the corvette guy if he had driven the new z06 . he smiled and nodded to the beat up c6 white coupe he was driving.. it had slotted rotors.. and bigger than the regular rotors and calipers.. in the back were wires.. wires.. data collectors.. and 2 laptops..
when he started it and left.. YUP.. loud.. much louder than the regular c6.
damn!!!
where is a photographer with a camera when you need one !!!
they were very nice guys and talked with lots of lookers..
but didn't want anyone near the cars at the hotel

ok.. went back to the hotel this morning.. with the z06 and a camera..
they wouldn't let me shoot there while i was there.. but told me that i could shoot as they were driving away ?
the soltice was pretty cool
i did shoot all the vehicles from the parking lot as they left.. i will download the little camera and post in a while..
