Is this a good deal? [Chevy truck]

I'm looking for an extended cab Silverado, a dealer offered me $200 over invoice, then the $3000 GM discount. I know the discount expires March 31. should I wait til April? With the economy the way it is, war and all, GM may have a bigger discount next month. What would you guys do?

You might be interested in seeing what the actual invoice price is. If you want me to help you out. Email me the exact model and each option on the truck. I will tell you exactly how much it cost via GM. Also, consider financing APR. I haven't checked lately what they are offering now or if you even want financing.
