(i'm not making light of the tragedy that 2 little girls died in NY recently from choking on hard candy, but banning the candy isn't the answer)

It's just as bad as the state of California attempting to put a $1 tax on cans of soda sold in vending machines in schools.
Instead of parents teaching their kids that soda isn't good for you, the state of California feels it needs to pass a law to save the citizens of California from themselves.
They didn't have all those consumer safety laws when I was a Kid. :oo: How did I ever survive.
