If its anything like the newer impala ss or the silverado ss then
I know it would be allot better if the Impala SS were rear wheel drive, and the Silverado SS had 100 more hp. But come on, they're not THAT bad are they? At least they are offering some cars with a little more kick.
I think the Trailblazer SS would be a great vehicle to own. The rear wheel drive version should be fun to drive and the AWD version would be better for all-weather driving.

The trailblazer SS is a nice SUV.. Solid built and is good in traffic.. and with the 6000 motor it's a blast to drive. But look at this, For a few $$ more you can go a step up. Taho.. Same motor 6000.
Just my .02 worth..

The Tahoe does not have the same motor, it doesn't even have the option of the iron 6L, just the 4.8 and 5.3. The Tahoe is just a people mover, not a 'sports' SUV like the TB SS.
Saw this at the autoshow here and it was real nice in black. Sgould be low 14's and be able to tow 6,700lbs. That's a nice combo.
Interior is decent also. Not bad for $35k sticker and probably fire sale next summer of upper $20's.

Thanks for the replies. I really miss having that vette performance. Don't get me wrong I realize the TB ss is not going to run with a vette let alone a Z. I want something I can put the family in and go to the local car show and serve as my wife's daily driver with some occassional use at the drags. If figure with 100 hp shot of N2O and some stickies it might go into the 12's what do you guys think?
