If it's true that only three were made...would it really be worth all the different manufacturing issues with the right hand drive?

Can anyone validate this as a real RHD ZR-1 or has a conversion been done? I'd like to see if GM really went through all the trouble to make 3 SUPER RARE ZR-1s
