That is so cool! I love hot air balloons! It would be so cool to just look outside and see them. I used to take the kids to the festivals in Kentucky, Illinois, and Missouri. We have seen some pretty cool shaped ones! The balloon glows at night are really cool too! What interesting shapes have you seen?
your pictures made me dig out my pictures from the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta out in Albuquerque, New Mexico in October. Ever see more than 800 or 900 balloons go up with a couple of hours?????? Sometimes all you can see is a sky filled with balloons!!!
Wow! Cool pics! I really like the tree with the birds! If they ever have the festivals down here...I never hear about it! I do miss getting to see them!
I love 'em......been up a couple of times, and it is an awesome experience.....one morning, we landed in a pumpkin patch as the locals sat watching on the tailgates of their pickups.....ladies in their hair rollers and guys popping tops of beer......this was about 7:30 am
as long as you are not afraid of heights, go for it!
Every once in a while I see a balloon or 2 around here,but nothing like NM.We do however have quite a few unusual blimps.
