While reading another forum I came across the following text, it is now apparent the McRat's and family are fattening up all the other drag racers in an effort to reduce their power to weight ratio.
"I would like to say however, that of all the people in the world it was Mcrat who really made the day enjoyable! He and Mrs. Mcrat brought their kids and barbeque and(is this a runon?) cooked hamburgers for anyone hungry. They are some of the nicest people i have ever met and i enjoyed talking(Mcrat normally has an audience of 3 or 4...maybe it was the hamburgers......)"
All kidding aside, McRat's and family=good people.

I don't know if you followed the history of that thread, but here is what happened:
Randy (the quoted guy) has a 2003 Cobra with a Kenne Bell supercharger. It will be a feature in a magazine next month. I raced him at Carlsbad twice and beat him badly. We set up a race today at Fontana, and he declined to race me.
He is a nice guy, and I will race him again. I do consider the racing today as a victory, because he bailed on the grudge race when I asked.
I got clobbered by a good friend running a Turbo Supra. He ran his best pass ever running me (11.8). I think Randy would have run a new best also. Pressure gives you focus. He should have taken the chance.
It was a GREAT DAY!!! I didn't run a new best, but I saw many old friends and met many new ones. I had a BLAST!
i think that's pretty cool when you can bring your family to the track and hangout and have a good time . i hope when i get married my wife wouldn't mine hanging out and racing as long as she doesn't make a faster pass than me if so she's staying home next time . (just kidding) way to go MCRAT'S

[B]What's this I hear....Pat and Kathy are throwing a big BBQ party at their place this year for the entire forum :jawdrop:
In McRat's and 12 Second Momma's honor, we'll do "import" and have Corona's (of course, they're buying). And don't forget the fresh limes too. Hey wait a minute....they're only a couple of hours or so from the border, let's invite Jose C. Heck, we've got the fresh limes, just need a little salt now and we've got it.
Nice job brutha, you are very respected and feared I might say at the track. Heck even Kat has them scared. When you pass on a drag race you lose. Matter of fact I did that the other day in the Z.
