Nissan Suing Nissan! What do you think?

I think the guy is an idiot.

He should have offered to sell it to Nissan for a large sum of money when he first received the letter.

Now he is spending all those dollars into this suit anyways and his company may go bankrupt as well.

I'd say he lacked some quick thinking and was too lazy to think anything seriously. Its his fault for not doing so and now he is facing the consequences.

I think you're an idoit. He had the mark registered in his state, its his last name, he has every right to use it/keep it/whatever.

Imagine if you used your name in a business, and later someone came to take YOUR property.
