Photoshop help!!!

Hey guys,
A friend of mine likes my Motor City hood, but his Z is EB! He saw the pics of Leslie's hood with the CF pattern on the top and wondered what it would look like in EB??
Here's Leslie's pic, can anyone make the non CF part Electron blue???
