I checked codes and got C1214H C. It was intermitent for a while and now its there all the time and wont clear. The code says its the slenoid relay. Where is it and where can I buy it? Has anyone else run into this problem and what did you do to fix it. If im going the wrong route let me know. Man I love this car but its one little problem after another. Still, Heads and cam sound good..... :ity: what can I say

Im sure someone else has run into this. I have read all the other posts, but some changed the ebcm. But the code says its a fault with the relay or connection. I am pretty sure the relay solenoid is the part the gray connector goes on on the abs control modual. Any info would be great. thanks all

:mug: Do a search "Service AH/TC/ABS", you will find plenty of info! I had this problem a few months ago. It was the EBCM and BMPV. Electronic Brake Controll Module and whatever the BMPV is, I have no idea but they were both replaced under warranty. The EBCM is that little aluminum looking box I believe it is on the drivers side right in front or the altenator with the brake lines running into it. It took the dealership 3 days to get the part and fix the car and the total cost was nearly $3k!!! I have seen the same code's with other members that was something totally different than the EBCM/BMPV. This is a fairly common problem. I have read post's where people have bought their Z's brand new and before they roll 1000 miles, they get this code! You would think Chevrolet would just start to fix the problem for free or do a recall on it! Anyway, good luck!

You need to have it looked at with a tech II. I had this problem as well and when it finally would not clear I took it to the dealer and it was the EBCM as SGT Pyle Said. Should be a warranty item. Good luck
