Nope he dont actually. I just stumbled accross it on ebay. He has everything it seems like. I showed this to my mom and she was like. You paid $37 for a 4 dollar bill ?????? lol

Looks nice. I'd take it I used to collect coins as a kid. I'm always leary about "old" paper money because it is so easy to forge, but that looks pretty authentic from the pictures. Even if it is not, it's high enough quality that the price is fair. If it doesn't come in one, find a local coin shop and get an air-tight plastic case to keep it in. You don't want to handle it (oil from your skin) or mount it in any way (glues, waxes, etc), because either will hurt its value.
