When I did my delivery last September, the guide said that the Black Concept car was supposed to be very similar to what the production C6 will look like...?

This is a qoute from John Cafaro in the October '02 NCM American Sports Car magazine:
"The Black Car's influence on the final C5 design, I would say, was somewhat limited, except for the important role that aerodynamics played in the design of the C5 and its success as a race car. The Black Car also envisioned aerodynamic underbody designs and fixed projector beam head lamps that will be seen on future Corvettes."
