Something went down in Memphis this evening...

I am in Memphis till tomorrow, and was walking to get some supper around 10pm.

While walking past the hotel Bush is staying in, there was a commotion - what we thought were gun shots (about 2 or 3) and then all hell broke loose.

Secret Service and cops running.. seemingly in pursuit of someone - a couple helo's appeared out of nowhere.

It too about 20 seconds for agents to just begin appearing out of thin air.

I have no idea what happened - but an ambulance was out side the door for a while.

Turns out the gunman was a 17 year old gang banger that was breaking into cars across from the hotel...

Hehehe - what an idiot, he didn't know Bush was in town - and broke into a car, and was busted.

He then took off and fired shots at the cop chasing him - unaware that he chose a bad evening to steal a car... LOL hehe
