The only thing I know is that it used to be an old Scandinavian (Swedish?) company that went bankrupt a few decades ago, and recently some business guy bought the rights to the name, and started building $100k+ cars.

To be sure, they are cool cars, but unfortunately it is yet another brand most of us won't be able to afford

I saw a Spyker C8 at Symbolic Motors in La Jolla, beautiful car, the fit and finish is extraordinary.

Here is the link:

Saw them at Pebble Beach last year and last week at the Auto Show in L.A. As others have said, incredible fit and finish. I believe thay are in the $ 350,000.00 range. Basically a hand made car of very limited production. There was an artical in I think Motor Trend a few months ago about them.

I like the suspension, the rest, uh, too radical for me. The shifter, long rod, looks like a shower curtain rod.

Just read that they have 100+ orders but as of yet have only delevered a few cars. Their display at LA auto show was very nice. I didn't like the 1950s style padding on the door sills and dash.
