Tranny and clutch issues/ QUESTIONS

I have 18,000 miles on my 02, The clutch was replaced at 11,000
miles due to vibration from day one. ( took for every to get dealer to agree, but when changed it they agree that was the problem.
I have had the clutch sticking problem for about 4 months and I have read the TSB. but they have to see it stick and it only happens once in a while at hard WOT. BUT lately it has been sticking half way down under hard shifting.
I have the sticking in fourth problem for about 2 months and then just in the last two days it grinds going into third when I speed shift with clutch.
I have changed the ATF in the tranny at 14,000 miles but never the clutch fluid and it is nasty and black.
I have a hurst shifter and I have NEVER missed a gear when shifting. I have read all the threads on these issues.
I am wondering if they are all related are just the draw of the cards.
QUESTION
should I reinstall m my stock shifter and reload my stock PCM file
so when I go to dealer I have OEM shifter and I haven't turned off the CAGS?? just to sure. I know it doesn't cause the problem but It only takes 2 hours to do both so I don't have to fight battle. The dealer is MOD friendly but with all those problems I can see GM having a fit.

Bro I leave all my mods on and the dealer has no prob.

GM does not know if the dealer does not tell them.

Though if you think the dealer may say something take it out and avoid the head ache
