Well here are the pictures from Vettes On the Rockies. We had a wonderful time. Met a couple of Z06 owners from Arizona and Idaho and one from Illiois. The one from Illinois is MY02 Z06 and hes the young man in the red shirt holding a banner with me. The other guy in the Red shirt is Mike Yaeger of Mid America fame. Holding the banner between the yellow and black Z's is my good friend Mike Weber. I hope you guys enjoy the pictures and maybe we will see some of you next year. Oh by the way I won the Autocross in class G. My first time out and I pulled first. What a weekend.

Their is nothing like a M/Y Z06 IMHO. The car looks like it is going 100 MPH just sitting there. Some kind of ride.
Tried to get all the pics straighten out, but I missed a couple. Looks like you had a GREAT time!! Thanks for the banner pix!!

Ron:
Beautiful Z! Thanks for posting the pics. One of these days, I want to attend that show! I used to live in Northglenn, Colorado and for anyone who has never driven the spectacular roads in the Rockie mountains, you are missing one of the greatest thrills! Hey Mike glad to hear from you. Was your trip back OK. Did you get to drive most of the way back or did you havt to share? Im curious how comfortable it was and did you drive straight thru? Inquiring minds want to know
I drove about 1/2 the time. The car was actually really nice on the long trip home, although the ac wasnt the greatest (its getting replaced). The 02' now has 3,000 miles on it and will be sitting still for awhile that way i dont go over my mileage limit. Oh and if you guys want to know since the car has that many miles on i was able to press it. Faster than the '01 and louder.
If i get some pictures ill send them to ya.
As Ive said before, when you take your loving and understanding wife with you to an event of this caliber it is difficult to talk some young beautiful thing into posing for your banner shot.
