Website designer wanted?

I am on my journey which has taken me forever to find a website developer who can handle what I am looking for.
The criteria of the application I am looking for as follows:
1-New real estate website that I can upload info and data
2- Multi language format
3- Upload and fill out online paper documents (Up to 50 or more)
4- Auction site
5- Timely manner this all must be completed

6- More details wil come when I find that right company

Is there any company or person(s) out there who KNOW they can handle this project?
