Okay... DeDe and I actually met on the internet.
So while we had been typing back and forth for quite some time before we actually met, the first words ever spoken between us were:

DeDe: Hello?
Todd: Hello DeDe?
DeDe: Oh my god, you are a guy...
DeDe had been telling me (Via ICQ) that she had owned a Harley for a while (Sportster) and I was looking at a picture of her. I typed back that she looked very Petite to be riding a Harley. SOOOOO... because I used the word "petite" she thought I was a girl trying to fool her on the internet. Remember we had NEVER spoken before that.
That was over 5 years ago. Since then We Have:
1: I moved to Texas From NY
2: Adopted 3 dogs
3: Built a house together
4: Bought a Z06 (Just had to throw that in there!
)
5: Are planning to go to the Royal Hideaway in Playa Del Carmen Mexico for our wedding at the end of the year.
Kind of backwards I know but it has really worked out well for us!
...actually the first thing was "Is anyone sitting there?" My answer was "no" and the rest is history. I was sitting in a sandwich shop watching a ball game during lunch and she walked in and that's how we met.
