Just My Stats - New '08 Z06 w/Vararam

Ok, so I broke down and did the first mods to my car today.
Stock '08 Z06 with just 600 miles. These results were obtained today, April 8, 2008 with fairly high humidity (65 - 75%).

Link to Dyno Sheet: http://marblesmotors.com/images/cars...2008040803.jpg

Stock: 454HP / 426TQ
Vararam Installed, Stock Tune: 459HP / 429TQ
Vararam w/Tune: 474HP / 442TQ

Would like to hear other thoughts about the next steps. Want to do the cam / header thing and hear that Headers by themselves don't do much, but would anticipate that the cam without headers would leave something on the table.

Ultimately, I don't want to have too much horsepower / torque that I start breaking driveline parts or surrender daily driveability. That sounds funny coming from me, but I want durability !!!!!

Re: Just My Stats - New '08 Z06 w/Vararam

Nice #s

My car picked up 33hp/31tq w/ LT headers, Killer Bee & tune. I wanted the headers as a personal choice (a performance car should have headers in my book), although the biggest gain w/ these cars tends to be leaning out/upping timing of the factory tune.
If you go w/ a cam, you really should consider the headers, to get the most benefit, IMO...

Enjoy it!
