MORE ?? on my misfire code PO300

OK guys I keep getting the PO300 code in my swap. I put the LS7 ZO6 motor in a 1932 pro street truck. It keeps setting PO300 codes. Thats a random misfire code. Now my truck is old an has tons of shake rattle & roll noise. I would like to Get John at Speartech. Who by the way set the PCM up originally, to remove the misfire code completely. What will that do? Now the motor is not missing & runs great. BUT it keeps throwing the PO300 code. I think its because I am running a turbo 400 auto tranny, plus all the body noise the old truck has. I would also like to make the knock sensors, A little less sensitive also. But I dont want to disable them altogether. I have also been told there is a guy around Charlotte N.C. thats great with ZO6 engine tunning. Does anyone know who that is?
