Resume of what is better for the C6-Z

Hello everyone!

I'm just wondering if anyone can help me out here... I was looking to sereval threads and found there is a few "Tunes" or "Tuners" for the C6-Z that have good results, but for guys like me that live outside the US there is no posibility to do this stuff, what are my options? also I like the K&N and the Haltech Intake, which ones have made better WHP...

Hell, offer to pay FRC Tom's airfare and expense to P.R. and he'll probably take you up on it.
He's a very good tuner.

Re: Resume of what is better for the C6-Z

Personally, I like the Halltech Killer Bee. It's probably worth about 12 to 15 rwhp if properly tuned.

You have to remember that both the intake and exhaust were improved by GM on the C6Z vs the C5Z so modifications in those areas do not pick up quite as much hp and tq as mods to the C5 did.

A good tune is worth more than an intake and headers combined on this car (C6Z).

HALLTECH KILLER BEE, hands down. Better Quality, Fit, Looks and Perfomance. Then, get a good tune, if even by email.

What about the Vararam Ram-Air Intake System (Part Number: VR-SC1R)

Please help me out here...

The Headers are good for the money? I see that the SLP are very good and "easy to install". what are the avg. whp for the headers?

How does the Killer Bee compare to the K&N version from Lingenfelter?

Re: Resume of what is better for the C6-Z

Halltech has both the killer bee intake and a tune for your car. Its a nice package and your done..Call Jim Hall over at Halltech and he'll set you up.

I believe the stock Z06 manifolds are pretty dam efficent... (Money better spent driving the car in my opinion..)

Best of luck

JB
