Your best bang for the buck will be a tune. But, it will void your powertrain warranty. Headers and exhaust are already VERY good on the C6 Z06, and aftermarket upgrades won't yield many additional HP (but they'll sound good). I went from stock (445 sae rwhp) to 495 with all bolt ons: K&N, tune, 160 thermostat, Vette-Air scoop, ported throttle body, ported intake manifold, and American Racing headers. The tune adds more than just peak HP, it makes the car more responsive everywhere.
