Can a C6Z run a 75 dry shot stock?

Can the new Z support a 75 shot dry with the stock fuel system and not worry about having to crack the block? I have the 75 on my C5Z with no problems but am getting the new one this summer.
I do not want or need bigger than the 75, so just wanting to know if that is okay on this car with supporting mods such as window switch, FPSS, WOT switch, and some colder plugs of course. :P

You can but just get it done right get a 50 wet shot which feels like a 75 dry shot. Or I would just get a 50 dry, I wouldnt use nos on a zo6 its fast enough imo...

I use a 150 DRY shot on my C6 Z06 for 3 years now and it is safer then using wet.
LS7 has larger fuel injectors then the C5 has and with a tune can handle the short time NOS is on.

Go to a good tuner and they can adjust the ECM calibration to properly adjust fuel and timing for NOS to prevent high levels of engine knock.

Re: Can a C6Z run a 75 dry shot stock?

The bad Thing about NOS is that since the blocks are aluminum the expand in time and crack because aluminum does not like that. After about 50 to 80 uses I would get a stronger block. Look to be honest get a wet shot and get it done right that way there will be safe fuel to air mixture, dry is safer but wet is better much better. Say for example you get 75 shot wet, that feels like a 125 dry. Trust me I have had both wet is the way to go. But since these cars are fast enough I would do a little 75 wet shot or 50 no more than 125 max wet.....

On my 2002 Viper I had a 75 wet shot worked good for me now I am just running blown... and for your answer yes a dry shot will be good on a zo6, it wont break anything, Its like the first stage of breast milk for the Z then its off to bigger and better things, if you know what I mean..
