A book and it's cover

Well I went to the Washington D.C. Area auto show today and hoped to get a close up look at the ZR-1. Looked around on my own for about 10 minutes before I found a Chevy rep. Talk about frustration. I found some second rate female model type in a dumb blue leather jacket who couldn't say anything but "It costs 106k", in the most annoying condescending way possible. Judging a book by the cover I guess.

Truth of the matter is buying one would be no problem for me. Has anyone else had this type of thing happen to them?

Don't be too hard on the brand. Car show exhibit people have little or nothing to do with the marque - they are hired to make the car show circuit. Most know ONLY what is scripted for them - that is why some brands will staff the actual exhibits with area dealership sales consultants - some don't. Asking a display person anything outside of the script's realm usuallly ends up with blank stares, I dunnos, or worse, BS answers!

Did you get your pic taken in the Orange Vert? My son and I did for a kick. I knew the ZR1 would not be there this year. Maybe next year when there are more of them around. Don
