Norm, I know it was a tough decision but it was the right one. The way the economy is going right now, I look for MSRP sooner than most of us expected. Dealers also are not going to hold above MSRP when they actually start paying for floorplan on these cars.
I backed out before that point and picked up the Viper ACR. I now enjoy the Z06 during the week and the Viper on the weekends.
I'm sure they will find schmucks to fork over that kind of money but then again the way things are going with the economy, maybe not.
You know the stupid thing is that if the dealer who was going to sell me mine had realized it was a cash deal maybe he would like to had that deal rather than now trying to stick others.

Good decision....I would have bought 1 wholesale rental property with that kind of money and then had more rental income and an appreciating asset.....screw the dealers
